Cancellation Policy:

Here at Halo we appreciate all our clients and strive to be as flexible as we can to fit you all in.

In return we politely ask for you to give us at least 48hs notice if rescheduling, this gives the opportunity to rearrange our Busy schedules.

We understand things pop up unexpectedly at times and we will try our best to accommodate you in that case.

* Less then 24 hrs notice will be charged 50% of your appointment booking

* No shows will be charged 100% of your appointment booking.

* Rescheduling more than twice in a row will require a 50% non refundable deposit.
